Tasting notes

Blushing light ruby with a tight nose of floral tea, wild red berries and subtle spice. In the mouth it's structured, long and tensely bound within an elegant frame that boasts concentration of fruit and focused acidity. This is a very serious 1er Cru from Navatalgordo that has the structure and quality to last decades!
Grenache
Grenache, (or Garnacha), is one of the most important red grape varieties in the world and is responsible for some of the most expensive and collected wines out there. It's the key variety for making elegant Châteauneuf-du-Pape and rich GSM's, but is brilliant as a stand alone variety and makes wines with a medium body, but intense and often spicy flavours of deep red fruits, black cherry, charred plum, leather, blood orange, dried herbals and cinnamon. From crisp and crunchy, to velvety and rich, this versatile grape is awesome!
