Agan captures the distinct character of its Canarian origins, shaped by Lanzarote’s unique viticulture, influenced by volcanic soils, high altitude, and the island’s rugged terrain. A field blend of native varieties from traditional bush vines. The combination of these factors, along with the volcanic soil, contributes to the wine’s remarkable freshness, complexity, and connection to its natural environment.

100% whole bunches with a 35 day maceration. Fermentation in old oak barrels. It smells of fresh, fertile and sweet earth, almost like raw beetroot, with red berries and soft, delicate florals/blossoms that transfer to the palate. Remarkably fine, long and full of energy with lovely concentration of flavour, chalky tannins and deep mineral notes
