Vaccelli’s Granit Red is made from Sciaccarellu grapes grown on 45+ year old vines on the island of Corsica on a plot selection of 1.5h with East-West exposure. Manual harvesting is conducted along with controlled yields. The 2021 vintage produced wines of great finesse and elegance, with concentration from low yields and wonderful freshness. This is absolutely gorgeous!

Tasting notes
Deeply aromatic with a nose of black cherry, blackberry, sweet spices, and hints of leather. The palate has great finesse, silky tannins and endless length with a mineral core and elegance. A craft of gastronomy. Worth decanting for 1 hour or cellar 10-15 years
