Roundness and ripe fruit meet a lightning bolt of minerality for a Chardonnay of any occasion. Myriad yellow fruits – citrus, tree, tropical – merge with apple butter and salted biscuit, and while the palate follows suit, it lends acidity that slices through these elements with precision and a warm flicker of baking spice.

Lemon basil, cashew and pear aromas float through the air,with a fresh scent reminiscent of sheets washed with French laundry powder hanging on a clothesline. Lime, baked apple and peach scone flavours are equally enticing.
