Light straw with a silvery cyan reflection and a complex, slightly reductive, rounded and finely layered fruity nose. Orange blossom and Frangipani bring a honeyed sweetness to ripe pear, guava, boiled lemon, dried galangal, aniseed and a gentle briny minerality. In the mouth it’s silky and curvy, rolling over the palate with a sensuality about it. It's a little tight, but full of nuance, slowly unravelling with flavours of pear, white nectarine and lemon that grow with complexity. A salty, stony minerality crescendos and gives great tension and texture that holds throughout the tail. This is detailed, elegant and totally captivating!
