About the wine

Tasting notes

Red and black fruits of intense blackcurrant and raspberry vivid reveal the full splendor of this bean selection. Then the subtle mechanism of the aromas is revealed on sweet notes of spices. Silence then sets in. Harmony, power, finesse and purity mingle in a precious and complex movement. The measure of the place is perfectly calibrated, the grandeur of the Pinot Noir sublimated. Our Grande Complication will take time to express itself, the most intense emotions will punctuate this quest for Exception over time.
