2025 Tenuta Delle Terre Nere Etna Bianco

Chablis, from Mt Etna!!! A gorgeous blend of mainly Carricante, with Catarratto and Grecanico that adds texture and complexity. Sourced from vines aged 5 to 80 years old, at 600–900 meters on Etna’s northern face, the fruit was harvested in late September and gently pressed before a cool fermentation and aging in stainless steel. The result is a pure, mineral wine reflecting its high-altitude origin.
