Tasting notes
Aromas of Peil de Sapo melon, snow peas, asparagus and floral citrus. Palate is textural and mineral, with beautiful density of flavour of white fruits, citrus and tutti-frutti floral, backed by riesling-esque freshness, fine tannin and tension. Awesome!!!!
