The top release from this wonderful producer, made with old vine Alvarinho from the first family vineyard planted in 1974. The whole clusters were pressed softly, and the juice fermented with indigenous yeasts mostly (85%) in stainless steel, used barriques and a 5,000-litre oak vat and 2,000-litre oak foudres, without malolactic and with extended contact with the fine lees. The result, extraordinary!

Tasting notes
Very pretty aromas of Piel de Sapo melon, sweet citrus, pome and lime blossoms. In the mouth it's rich and intensely flavoured, with a crush of nectarine, salted lemon and a margarita-like finish! Delicious and the perfect wine for zesty, herbaceous seafood!
