The Original Vineyard has over its history become know for its signature perfumed bouquet and silky, pure palate. This relatively quartz riddled, gently north sloping three acre vineyard produces very fine, spicy, fragrant wine that has high natural acidity and develops beautifully given 6-10 years careful cellaring. The 2021 is one of the very best wines made from the Original Vineyard at Bindi. These beautiful wines have proved their ability to age and the 2021 has a long future ahead of it. Enjoy

About the wine

Tasting notes

The fruit was impeccable, very beautiful small MV6 bunches. The nose is ethereal; red roses, red fruits, such seductive fragrance. The palate is mouthfilling and driven by supple, fine tannin. It builds complexity and is already very harmonious. It will drink at its best from around seven years of age.
