About the wine
Tasting notes
Dark cherries and raspberries, charcuterie board meats, violets and dried herbs. Spicy, savoury, red licorice, star anise and cinnamon with a Sichuan pepper infusion , the hallmark of cooler climate syrah. Tannins are fine, seamless and oak is folded into be seen but not heard. Medium bodied, long and refined.
