Crystal clear with a pale golden reflection and a powerfully aromatic and intense nose of florals and tropical edged citrus. Lemon blossom, Frangipani, Gardenia and Jasmine decorate fingerlime, passionfruit pulp, starfruit, pomelo, cape gooseberry, guava and some incredible minerality! Wet slate, marine rust and a touch of smokiness deepen it all.The palate is juicy, lean and pure, cutting like a blade with a streamlined drive of tart and zingy citrus, melon, underripe nectarine, galangal and pear. Floral overtones accompany the fruit, as does an intense and chewy line of acidity, but the real hero here is the minerality. Wow! There's chalkiness and a real sense of crunch in the mouth, bringing great texture and structure. It's young, built to last, but drinks beautifully and with excitement now.Excellent Savvy B!!!

A crisp, textural and beautifully expressive white wine that grows in almost every wine growing country across the world. In the hands of a great winemaker, Sauvignon Blanc can rival the very best white wines of the world with its complex aromas and flavours that you won't find in other white varieties. The expressions from Sancerre and Bordeaux set the benchmark the world over, using oak as a medium for body and spice, and in great Sauvignon Blanc you'll find notes of white florals, gentle herbals, creme fraiche, cassis, melon, complex citrus, pear, gooseberry, vanilla, cashew and hints of passionfruit.
