Light golden with a silver reflection and a zesty nose of multidimensional citrus, Spanish melon, woody aniseed, white pepper, black cardamom and cocoa butter. In the mouth it's linear and driven by bright lime-like acidity. Nectarine, peach, melon and pear burst with energy, coloured with Tarragon, Thai basil and a hum of ginger. Serious crystalline minerality and fine gravelly tannins grip and impart a real chew of tension that is awesome. It's long, focused and intense. Yum!!!
