Born from a love of Bordeaux Cabernet blends, and the dream to create a stellar red wine of their own, David and Heather Watson established Woodlands in 1973 within the Wilyabrup Valley. The Woodlands Vineyard now covers 10 hectares, certified organic, and the Woodlands Brook Vineyard covers 17 hectares. Our goal is to make wines that carry a theme of balance, intensity, length and drinkability.
