Peel

The Peel wine region has its root back in 1857, but he first commercial vineyard was established in 1974, which grew Shiraz. Nowadays, more varieties are grown here, but Shiraz still leads the way with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc coming next in line.
