One of the great champagne on Earth, this complex and ultra rare release is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Agnès and Jérôme’s two tiny plots of Grand Cru Le Mesnil and Puisieulx at the northern end of the Montagne de Reims. Tasting notes
Incredibly complex, ultra fine but generous with gently oxidised notes, ripe stone fruits, roasted nuts, baked apple, floral chamomile and ginger. Very long, marvellously textured and utterly delicious. Decanting is a smart idea.
