First pressing Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from grands crus vineyards “Côte des Blancs”. An amazing blend of 25 reserve vintages, going all the way back to 1985! The wine spends 4 years on lees, then a further ten months ageing in the bottle after disgorgement. The delicacy of the bubbles helps to tame the naturally mineral Grands Crus to offer a sensation that is both creamy and lively. A very old winemaking method is used where fermentation in the bottle is less powerful than traditional champagne. The dosage is a very low 5g/L.

Pale, green-tinged gold. Pungent, mineral-accented bouquet evokes pear, lemon pith, iodine and chalk dust. Palate-staining citrus and orchard fruit flavours are braced by tangy acidity and pick up weight with air. The iodine and citrus qualities carry through an impressively long finish of excellent clarity and power

French for “white of whites”, Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Made famous in Champagne, these wines have an incredible purity and linearity about them and express with intense lemon and apple-like fruit flavours, usually with an underlying seam of minerality and precise acidity.
