Pinot Noir sourced from Tumbarumba in the South West Slopes of Kosciuszko. Ben’s parents planted one of the first vineyards in the region in the early 1980’s. This fruit is sourced from an old school mate’s vineyard as sadly his parents old vineyard is not available.The wine was made and treated very gently to ensure fine, elegant tannins and easy drinkability. 10% Whole bunch and 5% new French oak. Natural ferment, time on lees in old barriques prior to bottling.
