It is fitting that a Domaine known for the finesse of its wines, owns parcels in two Vosne vineyards legendary for this trait. The first of these vineyards is Les Suchots, where the Domaine owns .85 of a hectare. The 2023 was 100% destemmed fruit, fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and aged 15 months in French oak (40% new). A wine of great finesse and perfume, this really defies the vintage. Stunning indeed.

Tasting notes
This wine is so translucent and pure, with vivid aromas of cherries, blood oranges, potpourri, cured meat and autumn leaves. The palate is seamless, with fine-grained tannins and a silken palate that delivers power with a high level of refinement and polish. A wonderful example of this famed premier cru.
