One of my absolute favourite cuvées from the Languedoc's prized biodynamic winery, Mas Jullien. This is an absolutely stunning blend of70% old Carignan Blanc, 30% Chenin Blanc, crushed and destemmed fruit fermented and aged on lees in demi-muids for 12 months.

A fresh, incredibly delicious and dry style of white, that sits somewhere between a Loire Chenin and Chateauneuf Blanc. Expect it to be closed in its youth and requires decanting - or ageing in bottle for up to 10 years.
