High definition complex aromas of white flowers, multidimensional citrus, apricot and tropicals with flint and minerality. On the palate, there is freshness, fatness and depth of flavour unlike any other white. It travels long and slightly smoky through to a tail of texture and intrigue. A glorious white from the Languedoc, harmonious and precise.

Oxidative, voluptuous, rich but well balanced and incredibly complex. Apricots, quince, marmalade, boiled lemon, papaya, pickled ginger, chamomile, honey, fennel, white pepper and spices. Wow!!!! Compelling and characterful to its core.
