Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a French wine appellation in the Southern Rhone, known for its luscious, complex, elegant and mineral red and white blends. The whites are usually made with Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, and Clairette, while the reds use Grenache for it's foundation with additions of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault and more, but some of these wines can blend up to 20 varieties! Because of this, the results are often spectacularly complex and nuanced with a whole range of aromas and flavours and structure to last decades. These are some of the greatest wines on Earth!
