Fruit aromas of pink grapefruit, white flowers and white peach are matched to a flinty, smoky, ginger like character. A fine spine of minerally natural acid carries the fruit flavours across the long finish. Texture plays its part in ensuring a balance of fruit weight to creamy barrel ferment character
