About the wine

Tasting notes

Earthy and floral bouquet of redcurrants, cassis and restrained cedary oak backed by suggestions of dusty spices, chocolate and blueberry. Medium in weight, it’s long and elegant, with a brightly lit presence of red, blue and black berry flavours supported by fine, chalky tannins, finishing with savoury, mineral qualities and a brightly acidity.

Shiraz or Syrah

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
