Pretty, playful and pure with leesy notes of brioche, ocean spray, the floral top notes of white stone fruits, starfruit, freshly cut apple, lemon, crushed cherry stone, chervil, a hint of caraway and mint. On the palate its fresh, precise and finely textured river stone mineral qualities, the knife’s edge of acidity that only Riesling beholds and lovely lees driven complexity.
