About the wine
Tasting notes
Scents of cherry blossom and orange zest, ripe apricot and apricot kernels as well as a delicate hint of roasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is very juicy, salty and carries enormous tension. Orange peel and apricots open up with time and air and become more and more intense. Dense and complex.

Light, clear gold with a complex nose that’s deep with ocean brine, citrus blossoms and musky florals, lime and salted lemon, apricot, mangosteen, chervil and a whisper of roasted nuts. In the mouth, you’re met with a core of floral green apple, crisp stonefruit, green grape and orange leaning citrus that’s backed by deep salinity, firm acidity and fine, ceramic-like tannins that bring plenty of tension. It’s compact and intensely flavoured, but very elegant and textural with a deep webbing of wet stone minerality that brings a complexity to the palate. I really love the shape of this wine, which is like a tuna fish! It ends long, cleanly and with a kiss of class. Loved this!
