Black fruit, raspberry jam, liquorice, earth and oyster shell, light creamy spiced oak. Medium bodied, fleshy and smooth, fine grained tannin plays the length of the field, red fruit, earthiness and plump sweetness of fruit carry it very long. It's plump and seductive with the makings of something that’s going to be very special twenty or so years down the track. - GW

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
