Medium-deep crimson. Intense blackberry, mulberry and cassis aromas with herb and dark chocolate notes. A lovely rich, ripe and dense wine with pure blackberry, mulberry, dried plum fruits, plentiful and persistent fine powdery/chalky tannins and emerging panforte notes. Finishes chocolaty dense and minerally long. A very impressive wine on the riper end of the spectrum.

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
