About the wine
Tasting notes
A shining silver-golden colour with tiny and enormously fine beads. On the nose it's fascinating with pure and fresh aromas of acacia, chalk, incense and concentrated lemon. On the palate, it's mouth filling, dense and tight, but also fresh and cleansing, provided with great finesse, mineral complexity, length and structure. The finish is clean, aromatic, round and well balanced, slightly creamy, very intense, greatly finessed and truly elegant, with stimulating salinity in the aftertaste

This new release from a great vintage for Chardonnay in Champagne is a perfect blanc de blancs, showing a wealth of intensity from the crisp, chalky, mineral tones to the perfumed apple notes. The aromas hint at developing toastiness that adds depth and complexity. The wine is still young and it will age for years. 100 points
Blanc de Blancs
French for “white of whites”, Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Made famous in Champagne, these wines have an incredible purity and linearity about them and express with intense lemon and apple-like fruit flavours, usually with an underlying seam of minerality and precise acidity.
