A new and super rare release from Prévost. The 2021 base marks the inclusion of fruit from Jérôme and Agnès’ two minute plots of Chardonnay from Le Mesnil (Côte des Blancs) and Pinot Noir from Puisieulx, located at the northern end of the Montagne de Reims, just north of Rilly-la-Montagne and Verzenay. Pinot Meunier 90%, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, disgorged in September 2023.

About the wine
Tasting notes
Exotic and tropical with notes of orange peel, passion fruit, jasmine, white flowers, and a lingering saline minerality. A "Burgundian and vinous" champagne offering a more delicacy, but with great depth, complexity, and high acidity. Awesome!
