The il Giardino (Italian for "the garden") is a single block Pinot Noir made from grapes grown on a small block on the Lubiana estate that used to be a vegetable patch. Now wild mustard grow in tandem with the vines.This soil is part Ruscello and part La Roccia in its make-up, the main difference being the transfer of a tighter acid structure from the soil to the fruit.
