Some of the last bottles from one of the word's greatest cult wineries, Domaine Granges des Peres from the Languedoc in France. A blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre (40% each) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Counoise (10%). Red varieties fermented separately in stainless steel, and vinified separately in 228 barriques, then blended before bottling.

About the wine
Tasting notes
This wine has a dense garnet color with violet reflections. The aromatic expression is pleasant and complex. An elegant bouquet of black fruits such as: cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, then spices enter the dance with touches of liquorice and garrigue. On the palate, the wine opens with a frank attack, then takes volume always with this elegance characteristic of the wines of the domain. The tannic substance is suave, fine tannins coated with a beautiful intensity of black fruits and spices
