The 2018 Richebourg shows great complexity with spice, leather, blackberries, and red and black raspberries. There’s great freshness here and the exoticism of Richebourg. This is a very fine vintage for Richebourg.

The 2018 Richebourg Grand Cru has a gorgeous bouquet of ebullient blackberry, raspberry and cranberry fruit entwined with crushed stone and wild hedgerow aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp, firm tannins and well-integrated new oak. Fresh and lightly spiced with black pepper and savory notes toward a finish that is tremendously persistent.
