Henty is a large wine region and stretches from western Victoria to southern South Australia. Its cool-climate produces impressive aromatic white wines and elegant reds that have a trademark mineral line of acidity running through them. Top varieties include Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
