Tamar Valley

The Tamar Valley makes more wine than any other regions in Tasmania. It’s a little warmer here and yields are higher than other regions, but it’s still cool enough to make classic Tassie Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sparkling. The warmer weather and clay-limestone soils also allows for rich and deep reds, unlike other regions.
