2025 Terre Nere Etna Bianco is wonderfully floral with cape gooseberry, melon, scallop shell and oyster brine. Palate is precise, mineral and very finely textured with depth and complexity, though packaged in a fine way. 1er Cru Chablis from Mt Etna. *** 2023 Monteperoni Chianti Classico is Bloody and savoury with deep red fruits and florals and a wonderfully flavoured palate that's luscious and long, with very fine tannins and bright acidity supporting a core of elegant fruit.
