About the wine

Tasting notes

Spicy, decadent and racy with energy. It's concentrated and full of dark fruits that ache in length, finishing dry with fine graphite tannins and five-spice notes. The perfect embodiment of this wonderful vineyard and its terroir.

Shiraz or Syrah

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
