Tasting notes
Formerly labelled as “Merricks North”. Floral, pungent nectarines, roast chicken pan juices, touch of meal and subtle tangelo oak influence binds the aromatics into a complex perfume. The palate shows fine boned spicy oak underpinning the round, creamy white peach and nectarine fruit. A wine of layers, depth and length, where oak and acidity are present yet invisible.
