Tasting notes
The 2021 Shiraz is inherently savoury. On the nose, there are meaty notes, leather polish and dried spice. However, as it opens up the fruit profile becomes more apparent, with tart blackberry and purple fig leading the way. Full bodied, without being over the top, this wine has a seriousness to it. The fine tannins provide structure and depth and the aging potential is long.
