Rosehill 1965 vines is a special site planted by Brian Walsh, 3 small blocks uniquely planted to provide great contrast on the one soil type. 3 parcels all picked and fermented separately, with one parcel utilizing around 10% Whole bunches. A short cold soak and fermentation time, before pressing to tank and transfer to large format French oak at 20% new. After 11 months the wine was blended and bottled.

COLOUR: Deep purple with crimson huesAn exceptional release with fresh red berries, spice and intense violets and subtle toast that's beginning to steer tertiary. The Palate is long and intense, fruity and structural, but fresh with beautiful weight and poise.
